Welcome to my website!

Here’s a brief intro before you go exploring…

At the top of the page you’ll find the different pages on this site. First, there is a page called “About Me” which gives you a little insight into who I am and why I made this website. That’s good place to start.

Next there is a page called “Blogs” where you’ll find all of my blog posts. Posts can range from fitness advice, meal planning advice, meal ideas, reviews and recommendations, and other insights from my experience in the fitness realm. If there is anything you’d like to read about specifically I’d love to hear from you! Drop a comment on any of my pages or blog posts, or send me an email to laynamacfit@gmail.com.

On the left for computers (and on the bottom for mobile devices) you’ll find handy buttons that allow you to follow my site for updates on new content, a search bar, and links to my social media.

So far this site is very new and I’m still learning. Bear with me and I think it’ll be worth it!
